1). How the subscription work?
We offer a range of subscription plans from which you can select based on your color preferences and the variety of flower bouquets you desire. Following this selection, you will then choose the frequency of delivery you prefer before proceeding to checkout to place your order. After placing your order, you will receive all subsequent deliveries in a timely manner according to your selected frequency.
2). How can I swap subscription product?
You can effortlessly swap products for your next delivery:
-Navigate to the subscribed product under "My Account" and provide your preference in note section for next schedule delivery.
- Five days before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a reminder email containing a link to a Google Form. Make sure to mention any changes you want to see in the next delivery through this form.
3. How can I change personal details? (Delivery address, Billing name)
Simply visit your profile on our website and make the necessary changes to your address at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery. Once updated, your new address will be reflected in our system, and all future deliveries will be scheduled accordingly to the newly mentioned address.
4). What is delivery schedule and time?
Once you've selected a subscription product and chosen the frequency of delivery, subsequent deliveries will occur on the same day or date respectively.
For instance:
- For weekly deliveries, you need to select a specific day, and all further deliveries will occur on the same day each week.
- For biweekly deliveries, you'll receive them on the same day every two weeks.
